APRIambiente S.p.A. is a company controlled by the merchant APRI Sviluppo SpA. The Company provides consultancy services for business development in environment and energy field. APRIambiente makes available high qualified competences in economical, technical, legal and institutional aspects of an interventions.
APRIambiente performs consultancy and technical support services to private bodies as well as to Public Authorities (Central Government, Regions and local authorities).
The main company activities are technical, economical, institutional and legal context analysis, carrying out instruments for the environment protection, as well as investment opportunities, research and assessment of projects with significant environmental impacts.
In the last few years, APRIambiente has carried out technical and economic feasibility studies and analyses for innovation projects linked to renewable energy sources, energy efficiency and cogeneration, carrying out economic models for the decision process, with more then 5000 inputs.
Since November 2007, APRIambiente is carrying out for EBRD the Assessment of Sustainable Energy Investment Potential in West Balkans.
In March 2007 the merchant APRI Sviluppo took over the company, enforcing its role of consultancy for private investors within the environment and energy field.
The company, as main advisor of the Merchant Bank, has developed a specific financial product, named “Development is Environment”, targeted to support investments in innovative environmental and energy projects either in Italy or abroad. APRIambiente supports the companies in any step of the investment, by ensuring either the required technical, economic, juridical, or administrative assistance. Thanks to the specific environmental competences of the Company, the client is able to join innovative business opportunities, as Kyoto Protocol.
APRIambiente is currently supporting APRI Sviluppo in the developing of several investments within the energy market.

Due to this strong demand APRIambiente has founded APRI Energia, the ESCo – Energy Service Company, to operate in the energy market focused on energy efficiency.
